Foundry facility
We are manufacturers of Intricate, Export-Quality, Fully Machined Castings and Assemblies for Power Transmission, Automobiles and Other Engines in a wide range of weights and batch sizes.:

Expansion in Foundry facility...
- In the last quarter of 2022, our new plant, Shimpukade Metallguss Pvt. Ltd., is now operational.
- We have increased our capacity from 300 tons to 800 tons per month.
- We have also upgraded our molding process with a fully automatic Sinto Japan make molding machine and molding line.
Sinto Japan High Pressure Moulding Line FBO3
- Box Size – 508 X 660 mm
- Height 130 ~ 200 mm cope and drag
- Molding Speed – 130 molds per hour
- Aeration Technology
- Good casting per box up to 30-35 Kg max.
Electrotherm Induction Furnace
- Tri-track furnace 500 kg
- DTI Smart medium frequency.
- 1500 Kg per hour melting.
- 3 Melting furnace installed of 500 kg each & provision made for two furnaces 1000 kg each.
- Current melting capacity is 750-850 tons per month.
- Available capacity for new parts is 250-300 tons per month.
ARPHA 450 Moulding Line
- Current Box size 550 X 550 X 300 mm
- Box size will be upgraded to 600 X 700 X 400 mm
- 1 hour cooling line
- 30 boxes per hour
- Good casting per box up to 90-95 Kg max. considering box size 600x700x400 mm
Sinto Bharat Mold Handling Line
- Fully automatic molding line
- Mold handling capacity 133 Box per hour
- 45 mins. cooling time
- Link to follow-up auto pouring machine
